We guarantee that you will always get the lowest price when you book a room through the official Mauerbach Palace Park website or directly by e-mail or phone with us at the hotel. If you actually find a lower price for the same room type, we will match that price when you book directly with us.

Here's how it works:

1. Make a reservation through one of the following official Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channels. Schlosspark Mauerbach homepage or reservation request directly to the hotel by e-mail or phone.
2. If you find a qualifying lower rate within 24 hours of making your reservation and we grant your claim, we will match the lower rate immediately.

Our direct booking channels

The confirmed reservation is made through one of the following Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channels:

• Mauerbach Castle Park Homepage
• Reservation by phone directly at the hotel
• Reservation by e-mail directly at the hotel

Low-price qualification

A Qualifying Low Rate is a lower rate that you can find on a third-party booking portal either before making a reservation or within 24 hours of booking. As a prerequisite, it must be ensured that the booked rate or package is booked via an official Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channel under the same conditions as through third parties and must be visible and bookable by everyone before booking.

The Best Price Guarantee is no longer valid if the entitlement is either to a different room type, different inclusions, a different booking period or length of stay, a different number of people booked or other restrictions, rules or conditions for the reservation.

The following rates are excluded from the Best Price Guarantee:

• Negotiated contract and corporate prices, as well as group prices
• Prices offered through non-transparent booking channels (such as: booking portals where the name of the accommodation is only announced after booking).
• Prices via auctions or similar procedures (eBay, vouchers, etc.)
• Conference and seminar prices
• Specific promotional offers that grant an additional discount after the booking has been made, such as: promotional codes that are delivered after registration in a newsletter.
• Coupons or other promotions
• Guess which partners and employees are granted
• Promotions by tourist partners or hypermarket chains such as Hofer Reisen or Tchibo, as well as non-public installments of a special promotion.
• Prices with errors, errors or technical difficulties on the website, during the booking process.
• Fees in exchange rates other than EURO

Submitting an application

Please send us an email within 24 hours of your confirmed reservation. The sender's name must match the name on the confirmed reservation for each room. Only one application can be submitted for each confirmed reservation.

Your request will be accepted or rejected within 1-2 days of receipt, but only if the booking is made more than 7 days before arrival and the price difference is at least 5 euros.

For validation, the same offer must be available for the booking made at a qualifying lower rate in the hotel's local currency. The price comparison is after deduction of taxes, service charges, gratuities or other fees and excludes changes in exchange rates.

Verified applications will be charged at the lower eligible price.

With our submission of the new confirmation, the room price change will take effect.

Applications may be rejected by our reservations department if the difference between a Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channel booked price and the qualified lower rate is less than 5 euros. A request may become invalid if you make changes to the reservation after the request has been submitted and approved.
