Our organic farmer from Habersdorf grows vegetables and herbs according to our wishes and specifications, depending on the season, and delivers them freshly harvested to the Mauerbach Castle Park. We are glad to have found it.

Selected potato varieties are grown at the Niedermayer ́s. The crop rotation in the field and the personal commitment of the family bring the best quality to the plate. We use the varieties Agria (floury) and Campina (bacony).

The pioneer of dry aged maturation in beef. Manfred Höllerschmied supplies us with first-class sausage and meat products exclusively from Austria. We can trace the producer of every piece of meat. This creates trust and is fun.

For more than two decades, the company has been dedicated to the trade and import of fine fish and seafood. From the Radlberg fish farm in the Traisen Valley, we get our local fish freshly caught and from constantly monitored waters.
