Our rooms are fully air-conditioned with concrete core activation and underfloor heating and cooling.
You are welcome to regulate your room temperature yourself with the control, which is located on the wall, by 3 ° C plus or minus.

We recommend continuous operation with the "Auto" setting!
In order to be able to guarantee a comfortable room temperature even on summer days, we ask you to keep the windows and curtains closed during the day.

The automatic air conditioning switches on when the outside temperature is 23 ° C.

Our hotel bar is open for you daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Pillows, blankets and mattresses are suitable for allergy sufferers.
You will find an extra blanket in your wardrobe. If you need another pillow, please contact the reception.
On request, we will be happy to change your bed linen every day, please let us know at reception.

For the sake of the environment!
If you want to use your towel again, please hang it back on the towel rail.
We will exchange towels in the shower or bathtub.

Our trained staff will be happy to assist you during your conference.

We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the reception team. Please do not forget to return your room card when you check out.
 

Enjoy your stay until the last minute!

You are welcome to relax in the wellness area until 6 p.m. on the day of departure. Just take your bathrobe and bath bag with you to the spa. After the room has been released, the reception will exchange your key card, which gives you access to the spa area and a box for valuables in the changing room.

You are welcome to borrow one of our e-bikes for a rental fee and explore the area.

The fitness room in the wellness area (you can open the door with your room card) is available the whole day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

We will keep the lost property. We are happy to help you at reception.

Use of the garage is free for hotel guests (direct bookers) during their stay. Please provide your license plate number at check-in. Seminar participants and guests of the restaurant can use the parking spaces in the park area free of charge.

When you close the room door, it is automatically locked.
The door can only be opened with another key card.
The rotary knob is an additional locking function. If you turn this, the door is also locked to the housekeeping team.

Please deposit your valuables in the room safe!
You can open and close this with your room card.

With regard to the liability of the SEMINAR HOTEL RESTAURANT SCHLOSSPARK MAUERBACH in relation to theft and damage, we refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006
(The accommodation provider is only liable for valuables, money and securities up to the current amount of € 550.00).

In our house you will find rooms for your events. Information is available from reception.

The shoe shine machines are located on every guest room floor near the elevator, as well as shoe shine utensils in the desk in the room.

Please note that our house is a "non-smoking house".
Ashtrays for the "smoke break" are available outside at the various terrace exits. Should you still smoke in the room, we will charge you 1 additional night!

In order to be able to guarantee rest and relaxation, the visit to our wellness area, including the indoor and outdoor pool, is only permitted for adults and young people aged 16 and over.

You will find our wellness program with massages and various treatments in your room.
