In case of cancellation of your stay, we charge:

• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
• in the last week before arrival 90%
• In case of no-show, 100% of the booked arrangement.

Adjusted cancellation policy: Free cancellation 2 days before arrival (except New Year's Eve). (This adjustment of the cancellation policy applies exclusively to directly booked tourist room/package bookings. For organizers, our regular cancellation conditions apply.)

Cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance or travel cancellation insurance

Your booked room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let the reception know.

You can use our wellness area on the day of arrival from 12:00 noon for an extra charge of € 6 per person/hour incl. locker box. This is free of charge for direct bookers.

On the day of departure, the room is available until 11:00 a.m. On the day of departure, you can also use the wellness area for an extra charge of € 6 per person/hour including locker box until 6:00 pm. This is free of charge for direct bookers.

Early check-in is possible from 10:00 a.m. - without breakfast.

Late check-out is possible until 18:00.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the spa area for hygienic reasons. Please note that due to legal requirements, leashes are compulsory in the entire area.

You do not have to pay a deposit for your booking and you do not have to disclose a credit card as security. Payment is only made at the hotel upon departure.

Our hotel, restaurant, park & spa area is inspired by the grounding tranquility and the powerful effect of the forest and, as an adults-only hotel, offers a place to switch off, recharge your batteries or simply be "yourself".

We value children and young people very much and, above all, their needs. Nevertheless, we have deliberately decided to focus on adults seeking relaxation and peace and quiet and to tailor our hotel precisely to these needs.

Our Park Spa is an exclusive area available only to our hotel guests. Hourly use for external guests is not possible. Our lazy day package with day room can be booked.

In order to be able to guarantee peace and relaxation, visits to our spa area are only permitted from the age of 16.

Whether you want to enjoy half board or à la carte – you can choose for yourself.
If you switch to the à la carte dinner, the half board will be offset at € 20 against your individual meal wishes from the current menu.

For us, it goes without saying that we contribute to your holistic well-being on holiday as well as in terms of food by addressing your individual dietary needs.

Gluten-free or lactose-free products such as pasta, pastries, cheese and sausages, spreads and cereals are available on request.

If you are on a vegan or gluten or lactose-free diet, please let us know at the time of booking or a few days before your arrival.

We ask for your understanding that we do not offer special catering such as alkaline fasting, etc.

In the Schlosspark Mauerbach we do not specialize in vegan cuisine - we therefore do not offer vegan all-day cuisine, so our offer of pampering cuisine is unfortunately not suitable for vegans. As with allergies and diets, individual dishes can be cooked vegan or special vegan products can be provided by prior arrangement.

For the duration of your stay, a wellness bag with towels and slippers is at your disposal. Cosy bathrobes are already hanging in your room.
